Here are my Activity 1 - Process Work images, exploring the basics of the arduino and connections with the LED and Breadboards.

Activity 1

Here is an image of me testing out my first successful connection with the arduino and the red LED light.

Here is another successful connection using the arduino and LED lights with a twist of utilizing external wires connecting into the ground from the breadboard.

My third successful circuit with the red LED light. This time using a resistor in the mix.

Here is my fourth successful activation of the LED lights this time utilizing 2 resistors attached to different slots in the arduino.

My final successful connection but, implementing a physical interaction via a anolog button. LED light activates upon the button being pressed down.

Activity 2

This is an image of me exploring the physical components of the Arduino.

Here is a photo capturing my process where I test the numerical outputs of the arduino that tracks the real room tempature.

This photo shows the connection between the ProtoPie Studio and Arduino. It still outputs successful numbers of the tempurature in the room.

This is an image testing a new connection with the ProtoPie, being the Make Makey.

This is a photo successfully capturing the physical connection of me touching the different Makey Makey buttons and the monitor reads it correctly.

Activity 3

Here is an image of when we first tested the TouchDesign folder that was on Teams and then further explore how to make the sphere in the middle of the screen.

Here is an image of the sphere being fully created in Touch Design 2.0 and is fully functional, allowing users to change its size via dial on the Arduino.

Research Activity

WGSN Consumer Trend Research

The first section of research provides short explanations to the two categories I chose to research on WGSN.

A Screenshot of my answers to the research question regarding the two categories I reviewed on WGSN.

An Explanation as to why the two chosen categories are unique compared to the others.

An explanation as to what is the most important statistic in the categories of Consumer Tech and the Food & Drink categories.

WGSN Personas Research

The second section of the research on the WGSN website showcases my process in creating one persona per category.

The screenshot provides information as to how the personas will provide an impact on the generation.

HMI Research

The third section of the research activity is my answers to the HMI/HMW questions.

Two quick explanations on identifying two problems spaces for each of the Tech Trends of Consumer Tech and Food & Drink in WGSN.

Provided a HMI or HMW statements directly responding to the tech trends I have chosen.

Provided information that is needed to be considered when thinking of solutions, and much more.

Project Path

The fourth section of the research activity displays my answers as to how I want to approach the next project.

Expressing my interest for either the ART or DESIGN Path, moving forward beyond Project 1.

Provided a reason as to why I would like to work in a collaborative group instead of individual projects.

Described my potential project directions based on my recent research I have done on the WGSN website.

Project 1 Concept

Project 1 Concept

In this section of the Project 1 Concept this displays what I would like to approach when it comes to the path I choose in Project 1.

This image of an interactive KIOSK will be my main project 1 concept; It will allows customers to input their allergy and type of consumer (vegetarian, pescatarian, etc) then once the information is input into the system, it gets set to the back of house allowing the kitchen to create solutions before serving them during dinner.
